RIBBLEHEAD VIADUCT - 28th May 1998 Arguably the most impressive structure and certainly the most famous, Ribblehead Viaduct is also known as Blea Moor Viaduct and Batty Moss Viaduct. Built between 1870 and 1875 it has 24 arches, is 104 feet high and 440 yards long. |
