DENT HEAD VIADUCT - 4th April 2000 With a snow covered Baugh Fell in the background a "Northern Spirit" class 158 unit heads north over Dent Head Viaduct towards Dent. Built between 1870 and 1875 it has 10 arches, is 100 feet high and 177 yards long. |
