ARMATHWAITE TUNNEL - 27th April 1998 156482 on the 14.47 Leeds - Carlisle. Having left the northern portal of Armathwaite Tunnel the train will then cross Armathwaite Viaduct before entering Armathwaite station. Armathwaite tunnel is 325 yards in length and is also known as Cat Clint Tunnel. |
